So I wake up this morning with my dad telling me I got a package.

"Bellevue, Washington."
Having worked on the Valve ARG I was excited - that was Valve HQ's basic location!
"Hurry up and open it! I want to see what they sent you..."
When I entered the living room I could immediately see why - the box was as big as a foldout chair.
Inside was:

Anna... something - I don't really remember, but she's the Business Manager at Valve - contacted me via Steam and wanted to talk to me with something, leaving her email and phone number. I called the phone number and she said that they wanted to send me something as a sort of thanks for working hard on the ARG. Didn't mention exactly what it was, but... something. I was expecting a few plushies. Cue ARG end, still no sign of something from Valve aside from the Games Pack. Two days later, OP.

Valve has sent me merchandise before. And they respond to every email I send them.

Actually, they selected the nine people who actually contributed in the beginning of the ARG to send to Valve HQ. (I wasn't one of the nine because I couldn't host the wiki, otherwise I would be posting about my trip to Valve HQ.)
I know they contacted at least one other person about the same thing so yeah. I'm pretty sure at least half of the #valvearg2 ops got contacted about something.

Specifically I helped make sure everything ran right - there were many more contributors who made more edits than me, but I helped maintain the wiki backend.
Edit:
Also helped everyone find the difference between real clues and trolls/red herrings :v:. It's pretty hard to not see giant bolded red text that sticks for like 30 seconds before scrolling up your screen.
