After an update awhile back (before I got my FB account), Left 4 Dead 2 would open, show the intro video, and go to the loading screen with the 4 survivors in profile. Then, it crashes, with no error message. Why!?

i assume the update was the passing update, which broke the game for alot of people.
Hell broke it for me till i got a new GPU, what are your specs?
Valve knows about it. It's on steam support, telling you not to submit a support ticket with that bug.
