Can't close menus in servers (which say press 0 to close)

Please help, it isn't just annoying, it stops me being able to change wep and other things. I think it may be because I binded 0 to a say command and then unbinded it. Do I basically need to know how to bind it to what it is as default?

There should be some kind of a reset button on the controls menu.
