I did not have Source SDK 2007 installed. I recently had to reinstall steam and 70 gigs of games and never got around to that.

Alright, I've installed v10, the hotfix, run hl2, ep1, and ep2, all JUST right now (so that the files are unlocked or whatever), and Cinematic Mod isn't showing up in Steam, even though it's correctly installed to the SourceMods folder.
If I try to run the launcher exes, or hl2.exe in the folder, it gives me

I most certainly [I]do[/I] own all of the required games on my steam account.
