So my Sims 3 game stutters pretty much at moving to new ground/moving the cam. Specs:

What can I do to make it not stutter without loosing too much beauty. Don't say "Upgrade X" because I do not have any money....
You've got pretty much the same specs as me. I just have more, higher speed RAM, and I can run it fine. I'm afraid that that could be your problem.

Force AA through your Nvidia Control Panel.
I had horrible lag and it turned out the game needed AA to be enabled.
Destroy your copy of the game. It is an abomination. On topic: the above advice makes no sense at all.

Update Drivers, Force AA, Buy RAM if possible, or try and single out any weird options that may be causing it.
