Evony: The Ranting. - Games

Really! Evony, the game web brower game, it's fucking ridiculous! Their ads are the most.. well, stupid attempts to drag players into their so called MMORPG. Oh, yeah, they say that they have over [b]15-Milion[/b] players! Yeah, a web brower game that has more players world wide than freaking World of Warcraft. Now to the funny part; Their ads! They constantly tries to drag players into their game by viewing hot chicks with their name on it, I mean, it started pretty good, you know, a soldier wielding a sword etc, then it came into this "The princes is in danger, save her..[I]My Lord[/I]" Just look at those: [img]http://www.designlessbetter.com/blogless/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/evony.gif[/img] And.. [img]http://www.gossipgamers.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/evony-ad-3.jpg[/img] Yeah.. Save your precious lover. I just needed to rant about it, I mean! [b]GAAAAH![/b] Stop with this ridiculous crap. It's so hilarious to watch those ads because they are so [I]stupid[/I]. Although now it's starting to get on my nerves. [I]Peace out![/I]

Wait Evony is a game? I always thought it was a porn site.

The best part is these ads are in absolutely no relation to the game, it does not involve girls, kingdoms or lords. It's a browser based RTS.

Don't forget that, although it is technically free, the "free" part of the game is so limited that the only way to really play is to pay.

This is why I don't go to Fileplanet anymore. Was the first time I saw those ads.

Good think I have Adbollock+ and I don't have to face any ad's at home. However, I see them at school sometimes and I must admit that these are really grinding my gears.

The worst thing about these ads is that they have to be working somehow, otherwise they probably wouldn't continue spewing them out.
