Steam becomes unresponsive for 5 minutes before launching

Hey guys I really need help with this one. Whenever I launch Steam, I get to the store and it becomes unresponsive for like 5 minutes before I am actually able to launch games and map. Anyone else have this problem?

I get it sometimes too, did you try the "delete ClientRegistry.blob" then restart steam trick ?
