Starcraft: Source is a full conversion for the Half-life 2 Source engine, Re-imagining the Starcraft game into a FPS.[/list] [list]Is Starcraft: Source Multiplayer or Singleplayer? Starcraft: Source will feature a non-linear Singleplayer storyline then will be made into a Multiplayer game with multiple characters available.[/list] [list]When will Starcraft: Source be released? We have not planned a release date nor know when it’s it will be finished; when it’s done multiple news posts will be made.[/list] [list]What can you say about the story line of the game? You start off the game as a Colonel being woken up after being in cyrostasis for 20 year, you are ordered immediatly take command of a battlecruiser and aid in the Brood War.[/list] [list]What units should we expect to see from the original Starcraft? You can expect to see all the basic units of each race and more in the future.[/list] [list]Will the player be able to use vehicles? Yes :)[/list] [list]Can Starcraft: Source run on my computer? Starcraft: Source will require Half-Life 2: Episode 2 in order to play. SCS may contain higher resolution textures making a need for a slightly better computer.[/list] [list]How will this game cost? This is going to be great. I always wanted to see what starcraft/starcraft 2 looked like in first person.

YoMother is right, Activation-Blizzard will hunt your ass down.
Never EVER make a mod about someone elses ip public untill you're done. If they C&D whilst you're already done, atleast some people would have been able to download and enjoy it. And maybe even share it. If you show it this early they WILL C&D, long enough for you have to gotten some work done, but not near playable state. They always do this. Look at YoMother. Look at Mario Bros. X too.

You could actually make a Starcraft clone but call it something completely different, as this also has the advantages of being able to have major changes (hopefully for the better) over the source material.

The first thing you should be focusing on is getting the gameplay mechanics to work. Worry about models later. If you can't do that then this mod is most likely going to fail. Disagree all you like but the chances of someone just coming along and coding an entire game for you is very slim. Find some coders, texture your models, and make maps that aren't unusable masses of jagged terrain and get back to me. Plus you have two seemingly completely useless people on your team. What exactly is a composer going to do this early in development? Make music for you as you run around your test map? And Story Developer? Seriously? It's a remake, the story is already developed.
I want playable zerg units.
