If you read the kotaku link, it includes the decriminalization of sale to minors.

I agree that games in the US should be protected, no matter what it is.
Well the goverment really doesn't have a choice. I heard a few months ago a section of the U.S goverment that deals with art officially recognized "interactive entertainment" as art and art is protected by the First Amendment.
