Played this game a few years ago with the help of DOSbox. Really good game, and it's good to see that GoG brought it back.
I've watched an LP of this by Grimith, seems easy to screw yourself over if you don't know what you're doing, which I believe is also what the ending in the book was?
I'm usually terrible at these types of games, so I watched the wrongpurae of it. Regardless of some of its sillier aspects, I think it's a very interesting game and they did well with what they had to work with.
I read the original short story and it's a chilling and atmospheric read. I recommend it to those who might be interested.
