Use a camera and make a photo of yourself. Turn flash on, and don't forget to close your eyes, otherwise the flash will hurt your eyes.

You need Flash. And to learn coding, if you don't want to copy-paste your code from some website.
You're better off asking this in a coding discussion. It doesn't really fit in here.
Download the trial of Flash Professional CS5, and find yourself some beginner tutorials.
Then, after a month or two of training, you may start looking at making things like these.
I assume that he already KNOWS how to use flash, he's just looking for a ragdolling tutorial. After an extremely quick and easy google search...
