Stop making threads to ask stuff like that, its the second time you do it. Also you could try reading the Wiki, it has everything you need to know about Minecraft.
a simple google search would answer this, but if you didn't find anything you could have posted here.
I'm going to assume you mean a redstone clock.
-O = block with redstone torch on side (inverter)
_| = redstone wire
R = Redstone repeater
\O = Lever
____-O________\O Lever to toggle circuit on/off
| |
| |
R R
|________|
|
Output
This is a simple method. Adjust the repeater blocks to change the delay.
-slow-
You want to build this:

To get the pulse add a redstone torch to the end and remove it as quickly as you can to get the full repeating pulse.

You can put them right next to each other and reduce the width by one block, if space is an issue.
Ahhh the wonders of repeating a current

The second rows, from top and bottom, are useless.

I usually build that with them so I know how far to go before I should stop, and I accidentally left them in there whilst filming it.
