I'm playing online (Campaign or Versus), I can usually get past the first/second chapter, but whenever I get to certain loading screens it'll sit there and stop loading for about 5 minutes then send me back to the lobby without an error message, and it looks like everyone else is still playing the game normally. I get told in console "Server connection timed out". I've seen a few other people experiencing this, but I haven't seen any solutions. I've disabled Firewall and AV, also removed all addons+reinstalled+all that other shit, but it hasn't done anything to fix it. Again, it seems like it's totally random; sometimes I can play through several levels, sometimes I can't get past the first one. I'm installing Authoring Tools and L4D2 Dedicated Server right now (I've heard that helps), but I'm still not sure. Anyone else here have this problem?

update: Did it again on a Campaign. Got past the first two chapters then got stuck on this screen:

I get kicked after about five minutes with a message "Lost connection to server". Then I'm placed in the lobby.

Bump? This only happens on Official Dedicated servers, I've noticed. I also do get an error message, hadn't noticed it before. It says "Retrying connection to server..." in the lobby menu, but then that goes away, and nothing else happens.
What does it say in console?
