Help With a Model

iev been looking around trying to figure stuff out on making a model for tf2/garrys mod
and am totally lost with finishing compiling the darn thing.
I got the VMT and VFT files but am get mad at doing the stuff for the model it self.
Iev finished the obj file not clue how to make the rest.
I just want to get my thing into garrys mod atlest...
can anyone help me on this?

while you could ask (in the right section) it would be best if you read documentation and learn on your own
