Hey guys,
So I read up on Half-Life 2: Episode Three and I had some thoughts about it. So what do you guys think about episode Three? Do you think graphics will be greatly improved? Will the Ichthyosaur return? What kind of new weapons or vehicles will be availible? Will Barney Calhoun be back?
Anything about Episode 3 :)

I think it will be hard to play it, considering it will be released shortly after the heat death of the universe.
It's got to be one of Valve's 3 surprises for sure. I'm assuming it's the last one and will probably be announced sometime during the end of spring or summer next year.
I also feel Valve is holding off announcing it because they will announce it and release it soon after (just like they planned with HL2).
I want the Icthyosaur back, my favorite enemy :)

Portal 2 will end with a complete wash of GLaDOS's brain and self-knowledge, to the point where she begins spewing archived documents. The climax following the credits will be an amateur recording of the Borealis's christening. Cave Johnson will give a brief speech before handing the stand to the captain, a man he obviously values and man will be... the Gman.

It'll be interesting once it comes out. However, when it comes out, I think I'll have to buy a new computer, and it'll be hard to carry it when I'm 83 years old and suffering from crippling arthritis.
I hope it will be longer than Episodes 1 & 2.

I want the HEV suit to be called into question a bit more. Maybe have Gordon forcible separated from it and have to work without the protection and support it offers.
It would make the fight against the Combine and their bionics/machines more 'natural', I think, and create more distance between the robotic, digitally altered and distorted Combine forces and the fleshy, natural humans.

As in regular updates and additions (TF2).
Not sure how well that would work for a linear, story-based game.
