Ive used multiplay for a while now, they aren't based in the US but they have servers in the US. Mediocre prices but absolutely great service. Awesome control panel, good customer support, and not laggy at all.

Yes. They have absolutely amazing customer support, I didn't even ask for it, but one of their reps joined my Mumble right after I got it and helped me set it up and explained how their Clanforge C-panel works, etc.
