Alright, when Halo: Reach was being released I got the SE: Halo Reach Console, and when I transferred all my files/data, It's not loading most of the DLC's for my brothers account. It works on my account cause I bought it, but I don't want rebuy it, just for it to work on his account. And I have another problem, but it's not related to this.
I've tried 2 things.
Removing the DLC, loading up the game, making the game think we don't have the DLC, reinstalling the DLC then loading up the save again on his account. No Luck

Kind of irks me how you said you're welcome before he even said thank you. Also op, are you saying the dlc doesn't load in co op?

No, just doesn't load up for him single player or co-op.
I believe the dlc is tied to the account you purchased it on, try going on to your account and see if it loads up there

It does work, and on my last xbox360, it loaded up for both of us. But doesn't after we switched xbox's
Transfer your download licenses (that's what makes it belong to everyone on that console after you downloaded it)
