*update: 5/30* This is an awesome little program that recreates the feel of the original digimon digital pet (above) and then some, with online battling, loads of digimon, new training minigames, and a lot more. It's a tiny application that sits on your screen with your little creature waddling back and forth. You feed it, clean up after it, train it, battle it, and all of the things in the original digital pet. The new battle system is impressive and very well put together; you just host a game or specify the IP of the host. Your atk stat determines your attack power, def determines your damage resistance, and dex determines your chances of landing and evading an attack and your chances of attacking first. You chose one of 3 attacks each round, A, B, and C. Attack A is the strongest, B less powerful, and C deals random damage. So you might think you would always use A right? Wrong. An opponent can cancel your attack by selecting the attack above it, so C cancels A, B cancels C, and A cancels B. Mind games... Does the cheat to get the poo monster work?
Can I use Cheat Engine on it to speed up progress
Oh god, Pentium is gonna love this.
Why does my HP MediaSmart DVD keep on opening up?
Is this a spinoff of the handheld digidevice thing? I still have that in my room (and know where it is) but never have had the chance to play with that anymore.
^Yep, though it's closer to the "pendulum" series of digimon virtual pets. I only had one of those old 1997 1st gen digimon so I can't really elaborate.
Digimon used to be the shit.
Fuck yes, I loved Digimon. Goddamn I might buy a Tomagotchi from ebay or something for nostalgia purposes.
I still fap to digimon. This is going to be awesome.
fuck yeah who wants some
My game wont load, just gets stuck at loading screen.
Why the fuck does everytime i click on the god damn thing my hp mediasmart open up. Fail caps.
whenever I press p to get his stats it just pops up for a split second Also WHY WONT HE STOP YELPING, YOU HAVE A FULL STOMACH YOU TURD.
I wish I could help Geneva, it sounds like one of those annoying "can't get rid of me I'm dug in here too far" hp bloatware apps. If by some miracle you can disable it I would recommend that. Come on, what's more important, your media, or digimon? NintendoKain, I have the same problem, but when you press P it saves the picture to your dmpc folder.
Where do you go to connect to FP DMPC?
Where do you go to connect to FP DMPC?
It's apparently not up, so create it yourself. [editline]08:54PM[/editline] Hooray for automerge
No, I mean what do I even click on to make a room.
By the way how much can you guys go for Attack? Farthest I've gone is 200-210 [editline]08:57PM[/editline]
No, I mean what do I even click on to make a room.
click on the little triangle thing on the bottom of Hamachi. [editline]08:58PM[/editline] Oh wow, I just got 277 by using the keyboard.
No, I mean what do I even click on to make a room.
NK, sorry I didn't make it very clear, it's using hamachi and I added a download link in the first post.
I don't even know how Hamachi works, fuck. At least I'm in the room.
Does the cheat to get the poo monster work?
No one remembers this??
Yeah! It's just floating around there now.
Had some trouble connecting to battles at first, but somehow it resolved itself! The battles are awesome though, especially the cheesy music.
I have a Pikachu tamagochi. A few years ago I messing around with my scissors on that thing, trying to destroy it. I stabbed it, scratched the screen extremely deeply, poked into the body a few times, etc. It still works.
Now this goddamn thing is randomly opening my Windows Media Player like every minute or so.
I think you have a virus
I think you have a virus
Or maybe the file itself is a virus, since whenever I open up the DMPC, random things keep on popping up, yesterday it was the MediaSmart DVD and now today is the Media Player.
I just stumbled across one of the guys who knows the code for this thing and thought to ask him about it, and he says it's nothing to do with dmpc. And you have a virus. Run a virus scan, go through standard clean-up procedure, etc, and you should be fine.
