In the rules, It said not to advertise your server there.
You know that's a LAN IP right? Nobody can connect to that unless they come over to your house and hook up a cable.
I believe this belongs to the "games in progress" subforum?

What? Did you even try connecting?
It's because the Ethernet Cable I used to connect to my router.

He's right, that's a LAN IP. No one will be able to connect to it.

I haven't tried connecting, but I know it wont work. You have to open the port (27015) to the gameserver (in your case 192.168.1.102) on your router, and have people connect to your external IP adress (http://whatismyip.org/).

Oh, so it would be 76.98.147.66:27015?
This event does not bode well for the most likely very short life of this server.
Oh, so it would be 76.98.147.66:27015?
Assuming you did the port forwarding correctly, that should work. You can check that at www.canyouseeme.org. Type in 27015 as the port. If you get success, your server should work. Otherwise, you need to port forward.
You may or may not have a static IP, so the address you got from whatismyip.org may change. If that happens, the old one wont work.
At least he tried, you get a heart.
I'm temporarily shutting down the server until I find a Ethernet 2 Jack Converter at RadioShack so I can connect my old computer to the Comcast modem; The router is connected to the modem and there is only one Ethernet port.
