I hope Notch adds upside down carts and minecart lava boat functionality like he mentioned he might.
Um, we aren't sure if the new mossy cobble is a replacement texture or a new block yet.
And lighting will have color, so torches will be a warm light, but at night, the lighting around will get colder.

I don't understand how anybody could [I]possibly[/I] be against sprinting. What's wrong with moving faster?
In that picture of the Enderman battle in a village,if you look carefully,you can see that a zombie has an arrow sticking to him after being shot.Also,the cooked porkchop texture was changed.

Why, what's wrong with it?
As notch said, sprinting might make the players feel like they're moving too slowly when they are NOT sprinting, so it needs some form of balance.
also I think there was an image showing lamb chops but dont take that for a fact

I already feel I move too slowly and sprinting isn't in the game yet.
I hope he doesn't nerf it with some crap like a stamina bar or something.
You forgot attacking while sprinting will send mobs flying, eating food will take time, And you can block attacks, and monsters will have attack animations.
Also, it would be cool if you added the pictures of the confirmed features, like the npc villages, rivers, ravines, warmer lighting etc.
Add higher clouds, fence gates, animal farms and pumpkin farming. Also why are NPC towns listed as optional?

He means the ruins,they're the same shit.
No I know. But look, he said the old dungeons. What are strongholds? They're essentially dungeons, with corridors, doors, and stairs. This is an interview, so what probably happened is the interviewer saw the strongholds, mislabled them as "new dungeons", and Jeb didn't think to correct him.
It's all semantics but I'm just going by the Wiki, which called them strongholds.
You accidentally put "Monsters will have attack animations" in graphics/ui and I think notch said something about bows charging to fire at a longer distance.
wait, no more rapid fire bows? fuck this binary I'm deleting.
Well, here's hoping that this is only the tip of the iceberg as far as content goes. Knowing how things are, notch and jeb might add some hidden stuff since this is the biggest update since the seecret friday updates back in alpha.
