Earlier today, around 2:00, my brother and I, along with 11 other people visited Valve's office in Bellevue, and it was awesome, let me answer a few questions first:
•No, I did not meet Robin or Gabe, they're in Germany.
•Yes, I saw Dota 2. No, I couldn't play it.
•Yes, I saw the future of TF2. No, I can't tell you, except that there's a Deus Ex promo today or tomorrow.
•Yes, I took pics. No, they're not interesting, just the lobby, tour guide said no to any pics above the 5th floor.
•TF2 guys weren't working, just playing TF2.
•I got a Wheatley shirt, a 70s Aperture shirt, a Dota 2 wristband, Blu and Red team stickers, and mugs.
•I saw a concept piece of Meet the Pyro.
I'll answer more questions later, I'm in a car right now, so answering questions is kinda hard. :V
I also met this girl who was obsessed with Tf2, she freaked when we gave her the Red sticker. .-.
I hate to say this, but pictures or it didn't happen.
Wonderful. Give us more detail when you're at a computer and can type more easily :v:
The future of tf2... You saw it, but the devs were playing? ALL IS RDY OMG GAIS MAJOR UPDATE TONIGHTS THE NIGHT. But to be honest... What do you think of the future? Is it getting better or worse?

He arranged plans to visit their studio about a month in advance, he even showed us the reply email in which it was scheduled. Kindly screw off with your haberdashery.
Oh, I forgot to mention, I saw the hat wall, and me and another tourist put up hats on the wall, I put up a black Nappers Respite a friend made for me. And i got a free Dr Pepper from the food room.
Obligatory question with no hope of getting the answer we all hope for...see anything to do with Episode 3? :v:
I think I speak for all of us when I say that we're excited to hear about what you'll share when you're comfortable on a computer!

You saw part of "Meet the Pyro"?
What was it like? Can you tell us what happened?
Cool that you went to ValvE HQ today. I wish I could have gone, but I live on the East Coast. :(
•Yes, I saw the future of TF2. No, I can't tell you, except that there's a Deus Ex promo today or tomorrow.
WHAT
WHAT
I presume that they made him sign an NDA. He can't tell us anything more than what was agreed to be allowed public.
tell us all the things.
It is a nice future, there is more promos, couldn't read all if them, but they ain't that bad. Everything besides promos is also awesome.

Would you rank these upcoming promos on par with the recent promos we got with the QuakeCon sale?
Receptionist said, "Valves afraid of the number three, but stay positive."
You saw Meet the Pyro related things?
Political Gamer has fallen, Ceiling Man is the new king of the TF2 Subforum.

I would have preferred for him to not mention the "future of TF2."
Now I'm curious.
Sounds cool. Any chance you could describe the Pyro concept piece for us? Or is that covered by the NDA thing?

Sounds like a fucking tidal wave of promos
@Psycho: as I said, the promos were hard to read, and the only one in big text was Deus Ex tonight/tomorrow. But they did sound nice.
what is hat wall? sorry i dont know much about valve? :s
It is a nice future, there is more promos
These should not go together in one sentence.
Since you probably won't be giving much detail until you get to a computer with a normal keyboard:
Give us details on meager things!
Describe the Dr. Pepper you got, the size of the shirts you got, and describe the girl who freaked out about RED stickers :v:

The infamous rule of three.
Fuck.
@ironman: It involved Pyro and fire, and dead bodies. All I can say v('u')v

Valve Dr. Pepper: the taste is amazing, the fizz is great, but the best aftertaste in the world. Sadly, the aftertaste will come to you in a decade.

In b4 someone makes a Meet the Pyro Megathread containing only this information.
Speaking of that concept piece, how was it presented?
Was it in drawn storyboard format like a big comic strip or was it with preliminary animations with SFM and Valve employee voiceovers?
