fallout 3 shit face - Games

ok so im walking up to tenpenny tower in fallout 3(ps3) and they let me in,everything seems fine till i enter the tower and four(4) people's faces are like pouring out with shit it's all brown and it looks like the water in fallout 3. BUT COMMON if you walked into a tower and saw people shitting from thier face tell me u would'nt turn of you ps3 restart Well before you say "oh well i would restart a few times and try again" or "delete the main game data and keep your user saved date and install and then try again" i tryed that nothing works,they just keep shitting from their face LOLz wtf help [highlight](User was banned for this post ("Shit thread" - Orkel))[/highlight]
