Smod dissconnects after a few min in SP?

I got smod installed and when i play the game like 2 - 5 min it drops me out and gives me this:

(ProcessUsercmds: Incorrect reading frame check sending and receiving code for mismatches!)

I don't know why it does this but it's really annoying and can't play the game at all.

I have installed the version (40a full) + (40a fixed version)

I tried using search "smod" thread. I know there is one but can't find it.
