That's a local IP, no-one's gonna be able to join that but people on your local network.

It is on now. I had school and chores I needed members though and i dont know how to keep it on when im off my PC.
Try keeping your computer turned on with the server running.

I will try when I can. I cant keep it on 24/7 because of electricity bills. My dad can barely afford it so if it is on all day, the bill will be too much.

What are the specs?
Go and rent a dedicated server or sent up a dedicated server at your house
No one wants to join up and work on a Listen Server

it is literally impossible for anyone to join your server via that IP address
we need your [i]public[/i] IP address - that one is only relevant on your home network

10.0.*.*, 192.168.*.*, 127.0.*.* etc. are all local IPs, that means they're assigned by your router and [U]are not accessible to anyone not connected to your router[/U]. I'm assuming you haven't had much computer training so just check [url]http://www.whatismyip.com[/url] - that'll be the true IP of your server.
