You're able to comment on the parts on the side.
Flick through slideshows of pictures with terrible jokes, and interactive pictures which are pretty nice.

Still not sure what the heck this is, but, with such a small download...here we go.
From what I just read, could be a new way companies preview content. Not everything on Steam needs to be a game per-say. We could see a rise the rise of Apps on Steam. Interesting.
For instance, It'd be awesome if Valve had an app that channeled all those damn blogs, web pages, articles, interviews, etc. etc. all into one source watchable on Steam.
