God, its one of the best game. Its a real shame Massive closed down, it had a amazing storyline and awesome gameplay.

What's incredible is it managed to make it a large scale, and small scale at the same time. Units and realistically portrayed(At least more realistic than other games). Its engine is also amazing, even when zoomed in, the units still looks detailed. Plus, its particle effects is cool as well, the nuke effect is amazing!

It was an amazing game
Shame the expansion pack wasn't worth it
Still play it now
Such an epic game
Also downloaded No hope mod and Modern warfare mod
They are so awesome
Hmm gonna camp in this thread for awhile
One of the best games I've ever played. Great story with insanely well-scripted cutscenes. And they used the game's RTS engine for them. Mindboggling.
I've had the game for over a year and have only played it once for the tutorial.
I should reinstall...

You should
Good thing about it is that the single player is hard, But missions are fantastic
In multiplayer, Players actually work together (Give TA, Some armour players help support players ETC)
Bad thing about the game is that No one plays it anymore
There are still people playing it, Yet not as much as there use to be
Best game I've ever played - got to about 600th place in the Leaderboard within a week of playing online, I was a pretty good air and tank player but just couldn't handle infantry or support.
Since when did Massive close down? I met their community manager back in February and they still update their facebook.
The only RTS I ever really liked.

Tank player me
Good at Infantry
50/50 with Support
Air Fucking hate it
I Dont get how people can play good as air to be honest
As a RTS-player (lover) I played it for a while when it came out. It's just I am a Starcraft boy, as I returned to that 1998 classic. Hell, I can't get off #2 as it just came out.
I might return to this game for a bit.

Play Starcraft. Motherfucker is INTENSE.
I bought it and thought it was okay.
The only thing that annoyed me about this game was that the nuke didn't really make a "sound". It just went all "WOOOOOOOOO", but that was it.
Does anyone still play? I played the beta but never actually brought the game.

I prefer strategy, as opposed to mindlessly pressing macros and rushing your opponents.
The few hours I played of Starcraft were the most boring I could remember.
I love World in Conflict (though Starcraft 1 is my favourite game of all time)
I'm a pretty good Air Commander and Support player, to be honest. Usually play with another facepuncher.

No not really building bases and gathering shit isn't very fun or exciting imo. Really the only Blizzard game I like is Diablo. The only other RTS I thoroughly enjoyed was AoE2, but only because of monkey boys and the dodge viper.

Best RTS I have ever played was most probably COH
Other then C&C generals and the Total war Series
Yo guys
Modern Warfare mod: www.wicmwmod.com
Turning your favorite RTS into a military command simulation!
My favourite RTS. On par with Man of War.
My favourite RTS. On par with Man of War.
MoW will always be ranked higher in my heart tho.
Best RTS I've ever played, with fantastic characters and storyline [sp]poor Bannon :([/sp]
Also Massive didn't close down, and their career page says they are looking for people with experience in MMORPGs.
Hmmm...
Was really fun until i lost my key, fucking account-tied keys man, i hate that shit.
Great game though, had a lot of fun on this bombing shit.

World in conflict: The RPG after an Nuke has been detonated :v:
It would basically be a new Fallout set in the 80's

I'd imagine it as a Homefront (or more fitting, Red Dawn) styled game with american refugees and russian oppressors.
But that would be too good to be true.
It'll be some fantasy bullshit.
I loved the resource system in this game, or lack of.
It meant that even if you made a stupid mistake and lost several units, if you could keep it together for a bit longer you could buy new units with the refunded points. Damnit, now I wanna play it again. Just need to find the damn disk. :argh:
It was and still is a amazing game
Shame the expansion pack wasn't worth it
Fixed that for you.
i played air all the time back in the beta and god damn, it was so fun to spam heavy choppers for bombing runs when they had no aa guns.
[editline]20th December 2010[/editline]
also giving all points to one player so that they can send a triple nuke = op
Is this anything like Men of War? I'm trying to decide if I should get this on Xmas, but Men of War is the only RTS I like.
i regret not buying the special edition that came with a piece of the berlin wall
