I once saw something similar on Steam, but the game was Grand Theft Auto V. When I asked he told me not to tell anyone.
Well I cant say anything about it I know this kid has tested something before so I wouldn't par it off right away.
People still fall for this? You can add any .exe as a non-steam game and change the shortcut's name
Your gullibility level is high I'm afraid. I'm pretty certain if there was a Half-Life 3 Alpha, Valve wouldn't just distribute it to some random steam users.
