Yes. I am not kidding. Earth will blow up. What you need to do is get a perfect game and then join the Reapers that way Earth will be OK, I promise.

You help the Quarrians get their homeworld back and their fleet destroys a lot of the reaper.s
The geth can be granted souls, individual AI, freeing them from the reapers and using them as mass weapons against them.
Shepard becomes the overlord of the reapers in the end and is carried off into dark space.
A prothean mind control virus/AI (independence day esque) tells the reapers their cycle is "over" even though civilization remains. They will return, but the unified galaxy can prepare this time.
No bad endings except earth blowing up or not. Reapers will lose.

Tali can be abandoned and killed
Garrus seems to have no show in the leak
Ashley seems to have no show in the leak
You build a device designed by the protheans to control the reapers. You find this out from a surviving prothean.
