So after [U]millions[/U] of server wiping trying to fix this, I decided to post about it.
For some reason, no matter what rank I am in [I]DarkRP[/I], I cannot edit the in-game server settings!
Here is the image of what occurs when I try to change player vs player damage.
Note, it is not just player vs player damage.

Well, [B]valve[/B] owns Garry's mod, so it is perfectly reasonable for a Noob to come in here thinking there is a discussion or section dedicated to Garry's mod.
Though, It's nice that Facepunch didn't yell at the man for getting the wrong idea and coming here.
