IndieRoyale Bundle just gone live at http://www.indieroyale.com/
What's different about this than Humble Bundle?
Well, The problem with the humble bundle, was that people cuold leech off of it and pay £0.01 each time, hoard the damn things, and ultimately be a massive twat. This is what makes Indie Royale Bundle different. There is a minimum price limit, which started at £1.25. However, even though you can pay that much, It results in the price changing. If too many people pay the minimum price, then the minimum price increases for everyone. However, if you are a generous soul and pay a good amount more than the minimum, then the minimum price decreases for everyone. For example, when I paid £5, the price decreased by 1p for everyone.

A.R.E.S.: Extinction Agenda is the first chapter in a fully-featured episodic hardcore action packed side-scrolling platformer series. Set in a traditional retro-classic scenario, you play as Ares, a combat robot created for the sole purpose of saving humanity. Can you live up to the task or will you be reduced to nuts and bolts?

[release]Sanctum

Sanctum is the world's first FPS tower defense game and is set in a beautiful science fiction world. You take the role of Skye, an elite soldier sent out to protect her hometown, Elysion One, from hordes of mysterious alien creatures. To facilitate your success you construct defensive structures and upgrade handheld weapons. Jump right into the fray and wreak havoc with your own weapons - unlike regular tower defense games, you are a key part of the defense. Sanctum has taken the best features of first person shooters and tower defense games to create something totally unique.
Available only on Steam[/release]
[release]Nimbus

Nimbus is a unique combination of racing & puzzling. The player controls a craft with no means of directly propelling itself and needs to use whatever is scattered around the levels to acquire thrust and reach the goal. Traverse a world map with several distinct islands in order to recover your lost love. Light on story, but heavy on gameplay, Nimbus offers several hours of increasingly harder challenges. The game offers over 50 levels available in the main campaign, unique game play that is easy to understand but hard to master and a varied blend of levels that requires a combination of skill & puzzle solving. There are plenty of opportunities for optimizing how you approach each level in order to beat the best times, with several trails, levels and ships to unlock and loads of secrets and tricks to find.
Available as Direct download, Steam, and Desura[/release]
Do you know if there are any plans to sweeten the deal later on, by adding more games?
As for that, I have no idea in terms of more games, but the one promised thing so far is that for every 10,000 purchases of the bundle, a key for a random Sanctum DLC is added to everyone's bundle
How about future bundles? Any idea of what's going on there?
Yes, Each fortnight, there will be a new bundle, and this will go on for at least another 3 bundles, after that it is unknown so far. The current bundle is known as The Launch Bundle, The next one shall be known as the The Difficult 2nd Bundle, then The Really Big Bundle, and perhaps finally (But perhaps not), The Alpha Fund Bundle
But what if I already own one of these games on steam?
Ahh, unlike the humble bundle, each game that is on steam has it's own key, so if you only want this for one game, then the others are free for you to do what you choose with, such as give them to a friend!
Okay, enough talking from me now. Go get it!
