I wanna know how to change my steam ID, because I joined my favorite server and I got banned because some idiot kept on team killing everyone. He'd just come back somehow when the admins would ban him. I saw him attacking someone and I decided to help, I shot him, and a guy gets killed in the crossfire. Now I'm banned from my favorite server. Is there anything I can do to get back/remove myself from the banlist?

Wow, how sad, unless you have like best friends on that server I can't see any reason why someone would buy a whole new game for ONE server.
I agree with blackfire. Find another, or use your money to buy your own and set it up the same way.
The server can't be that great if it doesn't have a site.

Have a friend join the server and find out.
Change your IP join under a different name. That is if they IP banned you, if they did by steam ID then don't even bother, go to a different server.
