Why won't my Source Recorder Clip will not work in Sony Vegas 10?

Well I got this really cool clip in TF2 today, and I used Source Recorder because it's going to be in my next frag.

I used the following command
startmovie spyfrag h264

I can't use AVI anymore because Valve disallowed it or something.

When I import the MP4 file in to Sony Vegas 10, it will buffer but after 3 seconds of being imported SV 10 will crash.
I have QuickTime installed already.

This is a much better method than using MP4's.

You should use this one instead, since it is much more current and goes into much more detail:

[video=youtube;uUS4fnr_SGI]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uUS4fnr_SGI[/video]

Friendly tip: Don't use Quicktime.
