Okayyyy so not really Based on wolfenstein. I had this idea today while taking a shower (for some reason) Basically. I imagined a mod that Looks like a cross between Wolfenstein 3d and Beachhead 2000. With the 2d Soldiers, The 2d Objects, 3d Vehicles, a 3d landscape. I imagined a Totally 3d world, With destructible environments. I'm talking Bf3 Destruction. But see since everything looks so blocky and 2d It would be easier to do. I think. And i don't mean like Realistic Building collapsing But the ability to blow a crater into the earth or blow a whole in the side of a building and when the building has too much damage it just collapses. Or explodes or something! I can picture it now. 2'd Soldiers running around a destroyed, almost minecraft looking (but not as blocky) city street. Communicating with each other, Throwing grenades, taking cover ect. Basically. Its a modern game in a old looking format. When people get shot Blood that looks like something out of the original cs sprays everywhere. I think this game would look good in its own way. Everybody is trying to shoot for photo realistic and In my opinion. That is lame. Because its a video game. If i wanted photo realism I would go outside. haha. But in all seriousness. I am decent at modding and good at mapping. I am also a musician so i could create the music for the mod as well. BUT I NEED HELP. I am a total noob at model making but i am a fast learner. OH and as for a story to this mod I have no idea. Im sure who ever helps out on this and I could think of one.

I think he wants an FPS sprite based game, but with various gameplay elements from BF3, eg, buildings that collapse, the two really don't go together, infact I don't even think they go together....

So I was taking a shower sitting down, playing mw3 and it hit me! I want the most uglyest game that comes to mind! I 3d/2d game based on battle field and minecraft! So naturally, I had my headphones in my ears and was listening to Justin Beiber, and decided to go place this ugly idea on facepunch hoping that some fool like me would make it.
No seriously, 3d + 2d don't... can't even mix, especially with that story line. Move along just another ideas guy.

There's a few Doom mods that do something like that, not that great, but it works I guess.
Thankfully they leave the boring dusty cities and retarded kevlar-men out of the picture and stick with demons and scifi envi- wait you actually want that shit?
