• What difficulty do you play on?

I play on normal, what about you?
Peaceful pretty much ruins the whole point of survival, and easy makes the game way too easy for me, so I play on normal.
Hard :yarr:
Yes.
Normal, mainly because I magically lose the ability to run away due to flailing in fright when I see a mob. Gives me more of a chance to regain my marbles.
Peaceful. My focus is building.
Hard.
Normal, usually switch to peaceful when I go underground though.
Is this a serious poll? Well there's my serious answer, hard.
Normal, because the most mobs spawn. I want more though, I want HORDES of them! :v:
Hard like a boss
I only play multiplayer, and I think it's set on normal there.
Hard because it gives my mobtrap a boner.
Hard because it gives my mobtrap a boner.
Isn't it like Normal - Most mobs spawn, medium strenght Hard - Few mobs spawn, super strong
I mostly play on Peaceful when exploring the map for the first time and then I settle down and build a house, when my house is big enough and then I get the basic supplies (wood, coal, iron ect) I turn it to normal and start playing like well... normal.
Normal, because the most mobs spawn. I want more though, I want HORDES of them! :v:
Difficulty doesn't affect mob spawn rates,it only changes how much damage they do I play on easy, mobs still do quite a bit of damage though.

Peaceful. Actually, fuck it, I don't even play Survival.
Pre-1.8 I played Peaceful because I just liked building. Now that there's Creative mode, I've started playing on Normal in Survival.
Peaceful because I'm a sad cunt bitch
Hard. ...On Creative mode. :v:
I used to switch from Normal to peaceful because i kept having 4/10 health or something like that. Good thing it restores if you eat food on normal BECAUSE IT FUCKING PISSED ME OFF WITH THAT CONSTANT SWITCHING
Creative. Building master race.
Easy. I want mobs, but I like living.
Just read this to see the difficulty charts on enemy damage and what the difficulties actually do. http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Difficulty
I don't think you all really play on hard, but rather say that because when you ponder what difficulty would be the most fun, it'd obv. be hard. I always just start on normal and cba to change it, never cared. If I play for survival, alone, I would play hard because of all the features i'd have, like silverfish and being legitimately scared of creepers 10 damage :pwn:
I like to start on peaceful to get a footing on a fresh world so I can gather everything I need and explore but since 1.8 every new world I have made is set to normal as I need to get used to actually having something hunting me. How hard is hard?

How hard is hard?
The only noticable difference in hard mode is that mobs are more deadly. So, creepers could instantly kill you even if you're at the peak of health, zombies can deal massive damage if you don't catch them in time, and skeletons can heckle you and possibly kill you before you can even get near them. Silverfish is a big addition too, if you mine a lot. They multiply, apparently, and that would really fucking suck while mining unless you brought food with you. I think if i'm mining in an area that I suspect silverfish in, I will likely use a stone pick so I don't instantly fuck my life over.
Normal.
