Hello, so me and my friend decided to do a bit of Sanctum, my friend played Sanctum before and later on got a new video card and RAM, but then when he started the game he got an error, something like "win32 shipping .exe has stopped working", it might actually have been the xmas update that made it happen, but we don't know exactly, so anyway, he tried verifying the game cache and even reinstalled the game, but that still did no good, the error was stll there, he has windows 7, so I doubt it's about PhysX or drivers, anyone else know of any ways to fix this problem?
You realise he still needs to install the appropriate drivers for his graphics card, right? Also what graphics card did he get? Full specs?
He has ati radeon hd 5400

Okay, so here's what happened, he was checking his options and found... You are missing a driver, please intsall them and update them :rolleyes: ... I'm sorry, the problem will probably be resolved now, I'll reply in a bit...
