I jut got it on steam and downloaded it (with the DLC) when you leave the vault a message is suppost to pop up stating blah blah this for the DLCs but none of them had I dont under stand I went the where Mother ship starts and nothing no flash of light ? Is it a bug or just the DLCs dont work ? Im for sure tho that I bought them. Please if you can help it would be great thanks.

You gotta go to the Quests menu on your Pip-Boy and then click the quest "Not of this World" and make it your active quest. Then it should direct you to where the Mothership Zeta location is. Be warned, you might wanna level up a bit so that you have a chance against the enemies on it.
