• What kind of things would you like to see in survival?

Just as the thread states, I'd want to know what you guys would like to see in a Survival server without any mods rather than custom plugins. (By mods I mean having to replace base files.) Anything worth doing will be done and coded into survival, I'm attempting to make a gamemode created by a community.
A giant platypus that roams the landscape and crushes whatever it steps on
Being able to get gunpowder and shit without having a mob farm or going up to the surface.

I'd like it if they removed mining and made it so you get infinite of all blocks, break all blocks instantly, and can fly. That would be sweet.
Prostitution and STDs
two teams that each have an area to build a fortress in, then after a certain amount of time, they battle each other. the battle zone should be surrounded by mountains. and the players can mine whenever they want to get more weapons and stuff. it would be cool if there was a scoring system too.
Something like the Hunger Games. A large battlezone arena that covers a massive (massive) expanse of area (massive) (with pre made traps and invisible administrators trying to fuck with the contestants), and all the contestants start in the middle with nothing. There will be a chest in the middle filled with food and supplies. People will have to work together and survive, though at the end, only two people may 'win'. The Minecraft Games.

A small continent with many warring player-made kingdoms,with the only enemy mobs being NPC bandits that sometimes ambush players and "rogue knights" that sometimes come out of nowhere(spawned by admin) and suddenly siege a kingdom in a huge battle.The continent is walled off from the frozen north of it by a HUGE wall,and on the other side of the wall all the normal mobs spawn,but are buffed(ie skeletons can snipe players off the wall,Endermen are nigh-unstoppable,creepers often come out and blow up at the wall). I would like to see a season system. Spring, Winter, Fall, and Summer
Seasons, as well as a more diverse food system that provides costs and benefits depending on the type of food.

I would like to see something like a grappling hook. To craft it you would need: 3 chains, 1 Hoe (Durability depends on what kind). To make a set of chains, you just put iron on top, the sides, and bottom while crafting. It would provide one-three chains, set to change at random. The hook would allow you to climb steep areas without a ladder. Or you could repel.
A lot of new biomes with new types of NPCs in them. It can't be that hard to make different types of npcs in each biome. WHY WON'T THEY DO ITTTTT?

Lanterns. Shadowmen a mob that will teleport and attack in the dark and is hurt by the light,it would be a lot creepier than endermen.
Rideable camels in desert biomes, and craftable saddles The saddles you find in dungeons should be changed to be even more rare, and would allow you to ride non-hostile spiders (Spiders caught outside during the day).
Actual mob pathfinding (which should hopefully arrive soon under the new AI dev)
I also want Silk Touch be possible to use on mob spawners again (they made you able to place pigspawners).
- Climbing ability, takes hunger and extremely long time. - Zombie survival gamemode. - More different food. - Automatic systems such for farming and mining. - Like above extreme mining system for advanced users. - Shields & improved sword tactics. - Vulcanos, coal everywhere! - Wooden bucket :v: - Creepers drops more powder. etc.
More purposes for string. A rope ladder and unfolds itself from the block you put it on, maybe? Spells and rituals too.
Make us able to cook/fry eggs.
-Storm systems with wind. I dunno, something that actually makes your humble dirt hut feel nice and cozy as opposed to the chaos outside. Also: SANDSTORMS FOR DESERTS! -A new sound engine with reverb capabilities would also help a WHOLE lot with immersion. The engine could calculate the size and material of a room, and placing wool would dampen the effect. -Ambient sounds definitely.
revamped/redone textures for everything.
