OpenArena Mac OS X installation problem

Hi,
I have a PowerMac G5 (2004 model) that has a single 1.8GHz Processor, Geforce GPU and recently upgraded to 3GB DDR RAM and 320GB HDD.
I want to know how to install 0.8.8 of OpenArena onto this machine, I have copied the supplied folder into the Applications folder and I'm up to the part where I need to do something in the Console.
Every time I type this command "chmod +x Applications/OpenArena/OpenArena\ 0.8.8\ r28.app/Contents/MacOS/openarena.ub" I get this error "chmod: Applications/OpenArena/OpenArena 0.8.8 r28.app/Contents/MacOS/openarena.ub: No such file or directory"

I have tried every single combination possible (including the drive it is install on, before the Applications part) and without the left slash after the OpenArena and I still get the same error. Any help would be Appriciated!

Never Mind, I fixed it by typing this instead "sudo chmod +x /Applications/OpenArena/OpenArena\ 0.8.8\ r28.app/Contents/MacOS/openarena.ub" I get this error "chmod: Applications/OpenArena/OpenArena 0.8.8 r28.app/Contents/MacOS/openarena.ub
