A long time ago, when I first got CS:S i felt that the game didnt look too good for my tastes. So I went and downloaded this Skin pack off the internet. And when I installed it and opened the game I heard the sickest menu music ever and the awesomest theme.
Here some things that might help you:

- And It had like this bluish color background picture in the main menu.

I remember downloading a Main menu mod with that song back in the day from FPSBanana, the background was a badge/dogtag and bullets if my memory serves me correctly, cannot help you with your hunt though, sorry.
