Hacking Simulators! - Games

These are the hacking simulators I know and I think they're very fun. They can be like "this dude hacked my friends website and stole a secret project" or "Hey! I think you can use this software in the future! It's on a remote PC tho." even "Hey can you grab a CD key for an online game I want to play?" Controls: Alright it's a little confusing but when you log into a PC the first thing you do is type "dir" or "ls" into the console to look at the files/folders in the folder or root. then to open a folder you type "cd (folder name here) in that folder you either delete or download the specified file(s). Clearly Watch_Dogs is the best hacking simulator out there.

Gunpoint is a nice game centered around hacking, but it focuses more on the tricky level design and rewiring mechanic more than actual hacking. But I guess the rewiring could count as hacking?

hackthegame was the best when i was a kid [editline]21st June 2014[/editline] also, slave hack was cool really the best multiplayer hacking experience ive found sort of with an openworld aspect as well

Uplink is the best one I've seen, also the most realistic. The only thing that was missing from it was being able to find your own buffer overflows - everything else was pretty much not too far from the truth.

I'm having tons of fun in slavehack. I hacked this guy, and noticed a bunch of other people were entering too. One guy thought he was so clever, changing all of his ips to xes. But I saw his ip before he removed one of them. Hacked him next, he never clears his log, so next I think I'll get all of his slaves, and steal his stuff.
