Ive been getting issues with this game on pc recently anyone else? Watch this video and you may see what I mean:

The latest update was designed to make the game run smoother, and it has done so successfully, so I don't know why you should be having problems, unless you're blatantly lying. I got a Gtx460 and I get a solid 70-80 FPS.
In options change your network smoothing factor to 0 and try changing the 'high frequency network update' Or just change your in-game graphics to reduce lag. You really don't need some options enabled such as V-sync and you can drop shadows and lighting down to 'LOW'
