Steam isn't launching. Is there some sort of fix? I tried deleting ClientRegistry.Blob but it still not launching. Any help?

this is beyond 'lel valve so quirky', these are serious server issues they're not explaining a single fucking thing about
I thought it was just a problem on my part (something similar has happened to me before, and just restarting my PC would fix it but not this time) so I tried to reinstall the client but Steam ended up uninstalling all my games along with it :suicide:
At least Steam can boot for me now...

Did this, booted it up, got 2 minutes of connection and then got kicked out
