• MALFORMED SWASTIKAS AND HOW TO AVOID THEM.

Swastikas in-game annoy me. They're saying not only are you a jerk, you're not even a creative jerk. However, even worse than that... MALFORMED swastikas. They drive me nuts. So here, for your griefing pleasure (and my sanity), is a primer on the proper construction of a Nazi swastika. Firstly, in all contexts, the Nazi swastika was tilted 45 degrees and right-facing. In Minecraft, swastikas are usually built on ground with no context, so I won't hold you to the rotation. I will, however, hold you to the right-facing. Right-facing means that if you rotated it so that the lines were all up-down or left-right, the topmost line would point to the right. See the pictures in the links if you don't understand. Second, the lines are exactly as thick as the spaces, and the 'wells' are two thicknesses deep. The Nazi swastika can be thought of as a 5 by 5 grid where some cells are black, and others are white. It's really not that hard! So there you have it. The simple rules to get a correctly-proportioned and oriented swastika. By following just these rules, you too can get banned as a troll, instead of as a troll with severe mental retardation! i mean it is one of mankind's oldest symbols of peace, it was only used for a couple decades for real bloodshed and horrors by the nazis that said, in minecraft it is kinda stupid people build swastikas on everything
I had some kid come in my server one night after I left and apparently spent the entire night making probably like a few hundred swastikas out of dirt around spawn. I came on the next day and he was still there building. He started ranting about "HA I PWN U NOOB" and saying it would take hours to fix his grief. I just froze him in view of his work and typed one logblock command and everything he did disappeared. He proceeded to rage and before he got going good, he was p.banned.
Oh hey, I just found a screenshot I took of it on one of my old drives: [t]http://i.imgur.com/AbhFhax.jpg[/t]
Did he put signs on each one? What did they say?
A while back i found this guy posing in front of the flag in my friends server
Extra credit if he made the flag and his character skin in grey-scale.

In addition to that, they've been p.banned by Mcbans. So even if the global bans on them expire from the servers going inactive they were banned on, they're still staying banned.

Swastikas in Minecraft are like dicks in a note book, quick, to the point and not at all accurate.
About two years ago a friend of mine built an elaborate "Center for Jewish Equality" on my minecraft server. A large building with an elaborately shaped, sloped roof that had lots of signs inside talking about respecting all peoples, creeds, etc. It was only when you logged onto my web map and looked at it straight-down from above that you could see a giant swastika was hidden on the roof.
Long time ago I was admin on minecraft classic server. There was some dude building a giant nazi flag in the middle of the sky. So I deal with him. Later I'm going around and I find an entire nazi sanctuary in the corner of the map complete with a converted church for hitler, tanks and airplanes and all kinds of detailed shit. I regretted banning the guy.
