Hi. Anyone else remember the Garry's Nightmare community site from 2010 - 2011? Me neither. But, I do remember the fun community experience Garry's Mod was before the Yogscast ruined everything.. and PewDiePie.. and Seananners.. you get the idea. The purpose of no bullshit reviews and interviews still intrigues me. I keep looking from site to site seeing nothing but a bunch of biased pricks in their basement creating shitty reviews trying to get famous on the interwebs. This has turned in to sort of a rant, hasn't it? Anyway. Since most of us have hopefully gotten over the shitty Furfag stage and nostalgia for a TF2 without hats, may I present my newest project with my friend (it's not like anyone cares) a brand new review site! It's probably going to go nowhere or be shit, but if you have the time, check it out and follow it. We'd like to work hard on this and create some good gameplays, reviews and interviews. Thanks. Also, yes I'm bloody aware I'm selfpromoting. Please read that part before you comment telling me off. Have a good day. http://steampipes.wordpress.com/
You should decrease the font size on the main content text. It's way too big and gets uncomfortable to read.
I'd suggest you work a little while longer and gather more content for your site, both in text and visually, before you begin advertising it. What people see here is a black on white introduction of two people in a layout that offers nothing to catch anyone's eye. People will click your link and then forget about it because there's nothing memorable there yet, nothing to make you come back to it. You need colors, you need pictures, and you need interesting things to read. And I'm writing it in that order on purpose, because most people won't even stay long enough to go looking for things to read if the visuals are not appealing. [editline]28th October 2014[/editline] You've also picked a title font that, together with the black-and-whiteness, reminds of typewriters and suggests an author's or poet's blog, not something about computer games.
