If he was so absurdly broken as everyone seems to think he is, you would have thought he'd have been scaled back a bit.

One of my most anticipated yet-to-be released hero will come at last And his design isn't half bad either: perfect Nice Bioshock Infinite/Dota 2 crossover, by the way (Since I played that game, everything that involves multiple realities and interdimensional travel reminds me of Infinite, I'm sorry) This could hint as the new arcana for PA, let's wait ...

For example, use his 2 (which nullifies magic damage on the target but also disarms them and makes them vulnerable to physical damage) then his 3 (a nuke that does heavy magical damage then applies a buff that heals slightly more that the damage it dealt over time) on an ally to heal them up, or use his 3 then immediatelly use his 1 (a targeted channeled spell that, once casted does damage and purges the target and enemies around it) on an enemy to deal heavy damage to them and cleanse the heal off them (and any other buff they might have). All the changes dota1 has got are the same ones that were shipped to dota2: no more, but a bit less. Dota1 has been months behind too, the last updating being 6.81d, which came out 5+ months after Dota2 got it. Everyone knows Oracle is broken beyond imagination, including Ice Frog, but he simply hasn't cared enough to bother fixing him yet. But someone will have to fix him sooner or later, because people Will be outraged when he comes out in Dota2 (if you thought earth spirit was maddeningly broken then oracle will be cthulhu.).

Remember that his 2 disarms, he just needs vision and he will prevent him from using vendetta on him, and will usually give him enough time to ult himself before nyx q's him and might even turn that gank against him.

Don't forget that Oracle has a base stat gain of 2.9 and a BAT of 1.4 so even his autoattacks will be a threat, and his ultimate only has 13/12/11 seconds of downtime with a 200 mana cost at all levels.
