This is a another thread for suggesting changes to hero abilities, but instead of goofy OP changes for laughs, this one is for nerfs/buffs you actually think are reasonable and for the discussion of whether or not others think the suggestions are sensible.
I guess I'll start it off. I think it would be really cool if more spells got added effects upon reaching level 4 like Poison Touch does, so I came up with some for some skills that scale poorly and/or are skipped over very often:
At level 4, Icarus Dive disarms for about 1.5 seconds
At level 4, Enfeeble lowers attack speed by 25
At level 4, Crippling Fear disarms at night
etc.
death prophet aghanim's spawns a ghost for each hero hit by crypt swarm (even while the ultimate is not active), each individual ghost lasts 30 seconds
broodmother's spawn spiderlings creates a smaller temporary web at the target's position (web reflects the skill level of your spin web; does not count towards spin web maximum)
broodmother's insatiable hunger refreshes the cooldown of spin web when used

If the mini-webs don't count toward the number of webs, would they disappear after a certain time?
Brood's ult no longer purgeable, Aghanims causes her ult to grant bonus 4/6/8 attack damage to spiderlings and 2/3/4 attack damage to spiderites, and the lifesteal to both for the duration.
Bounty Hunter shuriken damage rescaled from 100/200/250/325 to 100/175/250/325 for consistency's sake, if this would look like too much of a nerf, the ministun could be increased from flat 0.1 seconds to 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4 seconds
Tiny's avalanche deals 100/180/260/300 damage, so the transistion from level 3 to 4 is only +40 damage, so the ability could get a bonus +50 radius (from 275 to 325) and +0.25 second stun to make the last level more attractive.
Shadow Demon's ultimate has a pretty crap scaling, it only gains +100 damage per level ([I]for comparison: demonic purge is a single target spell on a 50 sec cooldown: Tiny's Avalanche is AoE, shorter cooldown and gains 80 dmg per level[/I]) and the decreased slow recovery per level isn't such a major deal either, I think the cooldown could go from flat 50 seconds to 50/45/40.

My original version of that had it disarm for the first half of the duration, I forgot to include that.
Even without it it's hardly comparable to Doom.
Undying:
Decay mana cost reduced from 70/90/110/130 to 70/80/90/100
Aghs Upgrade, in addition to its current functionality, also does the following:
1. Reduces Flesh Golem CD from 75/75/75 to 75/60/45
2. Cause Zombies to spawn on units affected by the Flesh Golem aura every few seconds, essentially making Undying a mobile Tombstone

If I could, I would bring back the armor reduction of Bounty Hunter's ult, Track. Don't get me wrong, it's still a great ability, perfect for teamfights and ganking, but I miss that feature so.

I'm pretty sure the reason they got rid of it is so that it wasn't basically slardar ult++. Icefrog wanted to change abilities that were too similar to others a while back.
Every hero killed in chrono increases it's duration by 2 seconds :^)

I actually do love all of these except the backtrack one.
Shadow Demon's purge now purges all buffs for the duration, including flesh heap and stolen intelligence. It also now has a longer cooldown.

Doom is also available during the day, prevents bkb, and cannot be removed by Aphotic Shield.
It also lasts at least twice as long.
Lina is so worthless atm. How about:
LSA stun increased to 2.2s
Lina Q changed to 100/200/300/400 damage with reduced range
Fiery Soul reduces armour by 1 every 2 hits, with maximum -6 armour.
Maybe a slight nerf to her ult? I don't think it would be necessary with these other

So you want to make her long range AoE spell on a 8.5 second cooldown to deal as much damage as her ult does on level 1? Those changes would make Lina wayyy overpowered, dude

Combined, these are just too much, but the armor shred alone would make her viable imo.

Or just the stun and a toned-down Q damage buff (no AoE nuke does 400 damage that isn't an ult)

tbh the problem with lina isn't her damage output, it's her utility. she offers almost no utility besides her stun and she needs levels in order to be effective which, as a support, she won't get. she also doesn't scale well enough to warrant midlane most games.
here's the changes i would make
Dragon Slave: Damage rescaled from 80/120/160/200. Dragon slave also applies a DOT for 2 seconds at 12/24/36/50 and during that DOT applies a 15% slow.
LSA stun rescaled to 1.8/1.9/2.0/2.1 and cast range increased from 600 to 800.
I feel like that image with Windrun creating a speed-trail for teammates would fit perfectly in here
Tinker's rearm channel time reduced by 0.01 seconds.
Doom prevents Kunkka's Tidebringer
at level 4 shuriken becomes composite damage (or physical)
Poison nova causes targets hit by it to move, attack and turn slower for the duration of the ult's effect. The slows work like Poison touch, slowly adding up to 80% slow on all mentioned factors.
