Shadowplay not working/recording properly with Windows 10

Hey, I had no idea where to put this and it doesn't have a main thread (or I cannot find it). It is gaming related as I record my PC games. Recently, I would press record and it wouldn't work, apparently Windows 10 and the Xbox functionality won't let you record on PC. I don't know if it doesn't work if you don't have an Xbox. But if you do like me, you have to change something in the settings in the Xbox settings via your PC.

This actually didn't work for me, so I have no clue. A simply search on the interwebs says there's a lot of problems with Windows 10 and Shadowplay working correctly.
