Best way to do it is to trade with TF2 and/or CS:GO Items (or some other form of trading).

Keep in mind that the Minigun and RPG are from the standard OVK pack, the Completely one is mostly for the masks
I just infamy'd again, so now Rank 2. I decided to dedicate my second tree to a dodge-akimbo build, and holy shit, even before I have access to 90% of the stuff I need, dodge in a two piece suit is all sorts of exhilarating.

I know that, 5$ isn't too bad for a dlc unlike some others
I honestly hope they go back and do more with the safehouse, went back and had a look at it and there's surprising attention to detail in some places, it's a shame to see that work go to waste on what's basically a quick tutorial.

But it's not worth it to make that a really big complaint point at this time, i'd say the new content we've been getting is good for the time being

I mean maybe they're not too good together (ammo) but maybe you shouldn't bring both then :v:

Minigun procs Disturbing the Peace like crazy. Absolutely shreds everything, but you need to be even closer than using the Buzzsaw to get reliable headshots. It's probably great for Deathwish since you need to really camp in that mode most of the time, but you'll probably have to give up HE Rounds so you have a decent secondary that won't run dry on ammo. Having Fully Loaded basic gives you over 200 rounds extra which is helpful, and Swan Song or Bulletstorm are room-clearers with this. LMGs are still useful if you want to pick up ammo or hit shit beyond close range but I think I'll be using the Minigun more often.
RPG is fun to fool around with but most likely not worth serious missions, you'd drain ammo really quick and there are more cost effective ways to get rid of Bulldozers and Shields without downing a teammate in the process.
I'm surprised there are people who are genuinely shocked at the (poor) performance of the minigun. Of course it was going to be a highly inaccurate, and hard-to-control bullet hose. That's pretty much exactly how I'd expect the concept of a man-portable minigun to go. "Overkill pack" was true to its name, adding in two rather excessive weapons to the game. I imagine that's the gimmick the developers were going for too.
I shot an rpg shot near the escape van while it was driving by to pick us up in watchdogs and it turns out it killed the driver. He got to the pick up point, said a line, then bain informs us that the drivers dead.

Kyle shot an rpg near the street cops and it knocked the hat off that one cop that talks over the megaphone to you. He shot the cop again and he just transcended slowly to another realm. Bless street cop.
