Doesn't CS:GO push you off if you stack higher than two people?

It pushes you in the direction you face. So if you're facing a wall you just run into the wall. 3+ man stacks are possible.
Is it really an issue. Seems like it requires your whole team to be in one corner of the map just to be able to shoot a small area. (and I assume they can shoot back if they know where to look) I don't see how it would be worth it in a normal game.

But then how can you face away from the corner to awp without falling off the stack if it's pushing you straight forward? You'd be going at an angle which would make you fall, wouldn't it?

At the angle he's at, it looks like his feet/legs are pushed up against the light.
