I tried to look into how to mod Oblivion, I guess I figured out some extremely basic stuff, but apparently too basic even for this simple sounding idea. I just want it to rain 24/7 in game. That's it.
I'm sure if I had the slightest idea how to do anything useful for the game, it would take about 5 minutes to throw something together to achieve this, but I can't do it so I'm wondering if anyone here has the tools and knowledge and kindness to do it for me.
